Booking info for your holiday in Fiss

The apartment is available from 2 PM on the day of arrival.
Please inform us by phone if you intend to arrive after 6 PM.

On the day of your departure, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 9 AM.

We offer our guests a delicious breakfast with homemade and finest products from the region for an extra charge and on request during the winter season. Start your day in the snow revitalised with a fragrant cup of coffee or tea served with fresh pastries, sweet and savoury spreads, alpine cheese, sausage, fresh fruit and much more.

We will charge you the following extra for our Alexander breakfast:

0-2 years free of charge
3-12 years € 9,00 per day
From 13 years € 17,00 per day

ONLY in winter!

Visits to the apartment by guests who are not registered with us require prior registration and payment! We appreciate your understanding.

€2.60 per person/day (from 15 years)

You can make bookings by post or by email. We kindly ask for a deposit of € 400.00 per apartment for confirmed bookings.

Your booking is fixed once we have received your deposit.

The apartment is booked for the number of persons you have specified. It is possible to accommodate additional persons only if you arrange this with us in writing or by telephone prior to arrival. Each additional person will incur a surcharge.

Pets are not permitted.

The following cancellation conditions shall apply:

• up to 12 weeks prior to the date of arrival: Your deposit will be refunded minus a processing fee of €50.00 per booking. 
• up to 1 month prior to the date of arrival: 40% of the total booking price;
• up to 1 week prior to the date of arrival: 70% of the total booking price;
• in the last week prior to the date of arrival: 100 % of the total booking price; the same regulation applies in case of late arrival or early departure.

We recommend that you take out TRAVEL INSURANCE (e.g. European Travel Insurance)!
